We roast coffee in small batches twice a week.
- Place your order by Wednesday 8 PM to receive beans roasted on Thursday and shipped on Friday.
- Place your order by Sunday 8pm to receive beans roasted on Monday and shipped on Tuesday.

Wilder's Coffee is renowed for its diverse range of specialty coffees, including the highly sought-after Geisha and Pacamara varieties. The farm's unique microclimate, combined with meticulous attention to detail, results in beans with exceptional flavor profiles. This coffee was dried on raised beds for 15 to 20 days, depending on the weather, or until the ideal moisture content is achieved.
