How do I track my order?

How long will it take to get my order?

We know you're excited to receive your goodies, here's a breakdown of our delivery timeline:

  • Processing your order:
    Once you place your order, it can take 5 to 10 working days for your order to reach you. This timeframe can vary slightly depending on the day you place your order, as we process them in batches on Sundays and Wednesday evenings.
  • Delivery to your doorstep:
    After your order is ready, our delivery partners will pick it up. From the moment they collect it, you can expect your package to arrive at your doorstep within 3 working days. You will also receive an email notification from us on your order's tracking number.

When will my order be processed?

We want to make sure your coffee is as fresh as possible! We do our bulk order processing twice a week:

  • Wednesday and Sunday nights at 8 PM (Singapore time).

This means your coffee will then be freshly roasted for you on the following Thursday or Monday.

Any orders placed after our 8 PM processing cutoff on Wednesday or Sunday will be included in the next processing batch.

When will my order be shipped out?

The exact shipping day depends on when you place your order:

  • Orders placed from Thursday to Sunday will be collected by our delivery partner on the following Tuesday.
  • Orders placed from Monday to Wednesday will be collected by our delivery partner on Friday.

You'll receive an email notification as soon as your order has been picked up by our delivery partner, so you can track its journey!

Your order will be delivered by Ninja Van.

Ninja Van will be handling the delivery of your online orders!

Ninja Van provides a convenient doorstep delivery service (where available). To ensure a smooth delivery, it's helpful for their delivery personnel to reach you if needed, so please make sure to provide your local mobile phone number when placing your order.

For all orders within Singapore, there's a flat shipping fee of SGD$4.70 (inclusive of GST).

A note on unexpected delays.

While we and our delivery partners work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, unforeseen circumstances can occasionally cause a slight delay. Things like peak seasons, public holidays, or unexpected logistical challenges might extend the delivery period.

If your order is taking a little longer than expected, please know that we're doing everything we can to expedite it. Your patience and understanding in these rare instances are greatly appreciated!

Do you offer store pickup for online orders?

Unfortunately, we no longer offer store pickup for orders placed through our website. All physical products purchased online are now shipped directly to your address using our standard delivery methods.

We've made this change to help us streamline our processes and reduce waste, allowing us to operate more efficiently and sustainably. We appreciate your understanding!

Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately, at this time, we don't offer international shipping. We're currently focused on serving our customers right here in Singapore, and we only accept and deliver orders within the country.

Returns, exchange, and cancellation policies.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for coffee orders. Also, we are unable to cancel and refund your order if the incorrect shipping address was provided during the pruchase.

We thoroughly check through our coffee equipment and accessories before we ship them out and hence, the item(s) delivered are not returnable/exchangeable. Damage due to shipping will be in our delivery partner's liability.

Rewards

How do I participate?

First, you'll need to create an account with us.

Once you have created and logged in, you can then place an order with the same email address that you have created an account with us, and your rewards will be recorded.

How do I earn points?

  • For every SGD$1 spent, you will be awarded 1 Gemstone.
  • There are also other ways you can earn points, check the tasks available.

When do I get my points?

After you have successfully placed an order with us, it will take up to a day for your Gemstones to reach you.

You'll be notified via email.

Why is my points awarded lesser than the amount that I paid for?

Regrettably, we do not award Gemstones for shipping fee, or if you have used a discount code/voucher for your order.

How do I check my points?

You can check your balance by clicking the green button, located at the bottom left corner of our website.

How do I redeem my points?

  1. First, locate the green button on the bottom left of our website and click on it.
  2. Navigate to the "Ways to redeem".
  3. Select your preferred reward. You will then be given a code to be used at the checkout page.

I have redeemed my points, but I can't find my codes.

There are two ways to retrieve your codes:

  • Click the green button on the bottom left of our website. Select "Your rewards".
  • Check your email inbox or Spam inbox for the code.

Do my points expire?

Currently, your points do not expire.

Can I get VIP status?

We are still working on this!

Any other ways to earn points?

Yes, you may check out the tasks to earn extra points by clicking the green button on the bottom left of our website.

When are your workshops available?

Monthly workshop schedules are typically released around the middle of each month.
