Do you ship overseas?
No, we currently do not ship overseas at this point of time. We're only accepting and delivering orders in Singapore.
Do you offer store pickup for online orders?
Regrettably, we no longer offer store pickup for online orders. All physical product orders placed through our website are shipped directly to your address using our standard delivery methods.
This decision is made to streamline our production effciencies, as well as to reduce any potential wastage.
When will my order be processed?
We do bulk processing on Wednesday and Sunday nights, at 8pm. Any orders placed after our processing period will be processed on the next processing day.
Your order will thus be roasted on Thursday or Monday.
When will my order be shipped out?
It depends on which day you placed your order.
Orders placed on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be collected by our delivery partner on the following Tuesday.
Orders placed on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays will be collected by our delivery partner on Friday.
You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped out.
Also, holidays and/or festive periods may affect.
Your order will be delivered by Ninja Van.
We are engaging Ninja Van's delivery services for your online orders.
Ninja Van provides doorstep delivery service (where applicable), and hence your local mobile phone number is needed, so the delivery personnel can contact you when necessary.
Shipping fees are a flat SGD$4.70 (inclusive of GST) within Singapore.

How long will it take to get my orders?
It can take between 5 - 10 working days from the day you placed your order, depending on which day you've placed it.
Our delivery partner then delivers your order to your doorstep within 3* working days, from the day they collected your order.
*Every once in awhile, due to unexpected situations, there might be a longer delivery period. Please know that our delivery partners are working very hard to get your order to you as soon as possible (there is amost no reason otherwise to withhold your order)!. Please bear with us and our delivery partners if your order is taking a while to reach you.

How do I track my order?

Returns, exchange, and cancellation policies.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for coffee orders. Also, we are unable to cancel and refund your order if the incorrect shipping address was provided during the pruchase.
We thoroughly check through our coffee equipment and accessories before we ship them out and hence, the item(s) delivered are not returnable/exchangeable. Damage due to shipping will be in our delivery partner's liability.

How do I participate?
First, you'll need to create an account with us.
Once you have created and logged in, you can then place an order with the same email address that you have created an account with us, and your rewards will be recorded.
How to earn points?
For every SGD$1 spent, you will be awarded 1 Gemstone.
When do I get my points?
After you have successfully placed an order with us, it will take up to a day for your Gemstones to reach you.
You'll be notified via email.
Why is my points awarded lesser than the amount I paid for?
Regrettably, we do not award Gemstones for shipping fee, or if you have used a discount code/voucher for your order.
How do I check my points?
You can check your balance by clicking the green button, located at the bottom left corner of our website.
How do I redeem my points?
First, locate the green button on the bottom left of our website and click on it.
Navigate to the "Ways to redeem".
Select your preferred reward. You will then be given a code to be used at the checkout page.
I have redeemed my points, but I can't find my codes.
There are two ways to retrieve your codes:
1. Click the green button on the bottom left of our website. Select "Your rewards".
2. Check your email inbox or Spam inbox for the code.
Do my points expire?
Currently, your points do not expire.
Can I get VIP status?
We are still working on this!

Regrettably, no.
Are your workshops payable by SkillsFuture credits?
Unfortunately, we aren't registered under SkillsFuture at the moment. Hence, our workshops are not payable using SkillsFuture credits.
