What is the process of booking your coffee cart?
Booking our coffee cart for your event is a simple and straightforward process, to ensure all your coffee needs are perfectly met:
- Submit Your Enquiry: Start by filling out our enquiry form below. This provides us with the initial details about your event.
- Personalized Consultation: Within 3 business days of receiving your request, our team will reach out to you via email or WhatsApp. During this discussion, we'll delve into your specific needs, expectations, and confirm crucial event details like the setup location and desired service period.
- Confirming Availability: Once we've had our discussion and confirmed our availability for your event date, we'll provide you with all the necessary details.
- Secure Your Booking: To officially confirm and reserve your date, a 100% upfront payment will be required. This secures your booking and allows us to begin all necessary preparations.
- Event Day Setup & Service: On the day of your event (or sometimes the day before, depending on arrangements), our team will arrive to set up our coffee cart at your designated location. Once we're ready, you can relax and leave everything else to us! We'll handle all the coffee making, ensuring your guests enjoy delicious, freshly brewed coffee.
How far in advance should we book your services?
We recommend booking at least one month in advance to guarantee availability and allow us ample time to prepare everything perfectly for your event. This includes confirming our baristas, roasting fresh coffee beans, and preparing all necessary supplies. All bookings are subject to availability.
What is the payment process like?
After we've completed our discussion and finalized the details of your booking, a 100% payment will be required to confirm your reservation. An invoice will be sent to you, with the instructions for payment. Your event date is secured upon receipt of this full payment.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
We understand that event plans can sometimes change. To ensure we can maintain our high standards of service and manage the significant preparations involved, please note our policy:
- Cancellations: We do not offer cancellations for confirmed bookings.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking only if your event date is more than one month (30 days) away. This policy is in place due to the extensive advance preparation, staffing commitments, and procurement of perishable goods required for our service.
- Requesting a reschedule: If you need to reschedule, please contact us immediately with your booking details.
What are the logistical requirements for your coffee cart?
To ensure a smooth setup and operation of our coffee cart, please ensure the following logistical provisions are available at your event location:
- Table Space: A minimum of 1.5m wide by 0.6m deep for our coffee setup.
- Coffee Cart Footprint: A dedicated area of at least 1.5m wide by 2m deep. This allows ample space for our baristas to operate comfortably and safely.
- Power Requirement: A standard 13-amp power source is typically sufficient. For larger or more extensive setups, additional power requirements may be necessary, which we will discuss during the booking process.
- Water Supply: Access to a potable water supply.
- Waste Disposal: A nearby trash receptacle for convenient waste disposal.
What kind of customisability can you do?
At the moment, our focus is on delivering our signature coffee with consistent quality. Therefore, extensive customisations are limited.
