We roast coffee in small batches twice a week.

Following our gemstone series, Black Pearl is created with the intention of offering a low acidity espresso blend, with "darker" and more "robust" flavors than our Jet Candy espresso blend. With coffee beans that has one of lowest acidity in our inventory, you'll get to experience flavors that are complementary to our Smoky Quartz blend.
The espresso blend naming coincides with our gemstone series, where we describe the flavor profile of our espresso blends with a corresponding gemstone. Black Pearl is a dark colored gemstone that shines, which aptly describes the flavors of this blend.
