Is the capsule machine really free on loan?
Yes. The machine is provided on loan at no upfront cost for a 12-month period, subject to a minimum capsule purchase commitment under the subscription plan.
What is the minimum capsule order?
Capsule subscriptions require a minimum of 15 boxes per order
What happens after 12 months?
At the end of the 12-month period, you may choose to:
- Renew your subscription and continue using the machine, or
- Return the machine to us.
If you would like to keep the machine permanently, a nominal ownership transfer fee of $100 applies.
What happens if I don't meet the minimum capsule commitment?
If the minimum purchase commitment is not met, additional charges may apply, or the machine loan arrangement may be reviewed.
What if the machine stops working?
If your machine develops a fault during the loan period, please contact us. We will assess the issue and advise on troubleshooting, repair, or replacement options where applicable.
Can I cancel my subscription early?
Early termination may require the return of the loaned machine and settlement of any outstanding commitments.
